*** The services included in this FREE Everist Irrigation Blue Irrigation Package (Residential) are for residential irrigation systems that are no more than FIFTEEN irrigation zones/stations; any system larger than FIFTEEN zones/stations will be charged at $5.00 for each additional zone/station.
Please note that if your system requires more time to service than the predetermined, alloted Labor times and services, you will be charged for the extra time by the minute and at $85.00 an hour. Irrigation parts are NOT included as part of the Sweepstakes 
prize pack. If irrigation parts are needed during service, they will be invoiced upon completion of the free services included in the Sweepstakes prize pack. "Parts" include but are not limited to the following: backflow replacement and repair, sprinkler heads, sprinkler pipes, sprinkler valves, sprinkler nozzles, drip system parts and pieces, sprinkler system wiring, solenoid replacements or repairs, irrigation controller/timer repairs or replacements (including batteries). If your backflow device fails the inspection service that we are providing for free, you must pay us or someone of your choosing to repair or replace you backflow device to ensure it is compliant. If you pay Everist Irrigation to repair or replace your backflow device should it fail testing, we will retest your backflow device at no extra charge and send the test results to your water company. Leak detection and repair is also not part of the prize pack. This prize pack is for free irrigation maintenance SERVICE; if your irrigation system needs repairs or replacements, we will NOT perform such work for free. Should you request leak detection, any repair services, or any services not included in this prize pack, they will be charged on a time and materials basis and you will be charged by the hour. Furthermore, leak detection and repairs may need to be scheduled at a later date though our office staff.
