Winterization Warranty
The air compressor for winterizing is operated at typical water pressures of water systems. Those range from 30psi - 100 psi. Any irrigation part that broken during winterization (heads/rotors/valves/pipe/fitting) are not the responsiblity of Everist Irrigation. Repairs to system can be done in the Spring.
Any break due to freezing conditions after Everist Irrigation has winterize will be the responsibilty of Everist Irrigation to repair at no cost. These breaks are very evident and have certain characteristics to indicate freezing. These repairs will take place in the Spring unless a mainline break where water does not stop flowing.
Everist Irrigation will not be responsible for filled water lines due to a faulty isolation valve. Some valves tend to weep, especially Gate Valves. Everist Irrigation has no way to determine a valve is not completely shutting off the irrigation water until the Spring when the system is started up.
Not every bit of water is blown out of the pipes, because doing so would damage heads and potentially melt the pipe due to the friction of air travelling through the pipe.
